East and south cable car / Shangrao or Yushan

Hi i will be visiting Sanqingshan and i would like to ask what is the chinese name of the east cable car and south cable car? Also, from Shanghai, which is the fastest route to SQS Shangrao or Yushan?

East Cable Car: Jinsha Cable Car '金沙索道'
South Cable Car: Shuangxi Cable Car '双溪索道'
About the transportation: You are advised to take train from Shanghai South Railway Station and get to Yushan Railway Station first. After arriving, you can find several direct coaches to the mountain area.
