About:Yandang Mountain

Ningbo Yandangshan in late January - to go or not to go.

hello everyone, i need someone's advice ..
1. To go or not to go to the mountain? Thinking of a trip there in the very end of late January or even beginning of February. What kind of weather is there this time (should i expect to see any snow there , is it very humid and cold there maybe).

P.S. Last February i traveled to Huangshan and Huashan where it was real winter with snow and all, but this mountain only appears in pictures with all the greenery so..

2. If you would have to choose between Jiuhuashan and Yandang Mountain, where would you go in late January?

P.S. I 'm not afraid of cold temperatures and snow, i love snow. Strongly dislike humid cold - I'm staying in Suzhou nowadays so i can say I wouldn't enjoy hiking in a place where the air is cold and humid.

Any useful information and any kind of advice about the climate there will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

1. Yes, you can tour around the mountain in the late January. The temperature may range from 45 F to 60 F at that time. The climate won't cold. But the possibility of snow would be low.
2. I prefer to visit Yandangshan. According to the weather forecast, there would have several rainy days at the beginning of February.
