Dianne,
Unless you also tell us either your place of birth, or say +4, +5, +6, + 7 or +8, so we can approximately know the geographical longitude of your place of birth, we cannot make your natal chart. Canada has many time zones, so unless you tell us your exact place of birth, we won’t be able to see your astrological houses. And this rule applies to people from every large country, like China, Russia, US, Canada, Australia, India, etc. Even smaller countries may have a difference of 30 minutes to 1 hour from most eastern point to the most western point. So one must state his or her place of birth also. If not, at least they should write for example: +1 hour and 20 minutes or –5 hours and 8 minutes. Every one of our readers also uses the Internet. So everyone could google his or her place of birth and find out if west of Greenwich (+hours and minutes) or east of Greenwich (- hours and minutes).
