I have Indonesian passport. Flight SG>Beijing(9 hrs transit)>Vancouver.

I am holding an Indonesian passport. My Air China flight is from Singapore, then transiting in Beijing for 9 hours then directly fly to Vancouver. Do I need to apply for a transit visa? If so, what is the process and how much? Thank you so much.

Kezia, no, you don’t need to apply for it. You are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing and it is free of charge.

Do I need to fill a form before I arrive in Beijing? Or can I just do it in Beijing?
