Hello, I have been in china for 50 days but i havent registered, i didnt know, what can I do?

I currently have a tourist visa wit 2 entries ,60 days each(Arrived on Nov 29, so I have to go out in the 29th of january)

I am traveling next monday. and im crossing to Hong Kong on the 28th and coming back to china for the 2nd entry. I would like to know if i have to register somewhere or is already too late... i see that i had to register within the first 24 hours.

What can be hte consequences? can they deny the re.-enter to china for the second entry?
