About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

i have an australian passport that expires on 24/10/2017

i wish to enter Shanghai on 16/3/2017 and depart china on 30/3/2017
does my passport have sufficeint time to satisfy requirements to obtain a visa and enter?
