can I visit the great wall of China from Beijing airport in half a day

Hi I'm a US citizen my transit flight arrive at 1100am and depart at 1000am the next day can I visit the great wall of China from Beijing airport in half a day. How much do they charge for 24 hour direct transit passenger. Thank you
