How can I go to Daocheng from Shangri-la?

And how many days should I spend in order to visit Daocheng and Yading Nature Reserve?

You can take a direct bus to Daocheng from Shangri-la (about 11 hours). You may spend 2~3 days there. Have a good trip! :)
