Airport Express Travel Pass (2 rides) $350:3 days unlimited MTR ride

Would like to travel from airport to hotel in Kowloon on 1st day (using airport express), between Kowloon and HK island (vice versa) on 2nd and 3rd days (using MTR), then Kowloon to Airport on 4th day (using airport express). Will this ticket be enough or will it require a top up? Is it possible to purchase and return this ticket at the airport?
