How to travel to Luoyang Bus Station/Railway station

In order to see the sights i am interested in I need to do most of my travelling from LY Bus Station located near the Railway Station. I will be staying at The Hyatt Place, No 300 Zhongzhou Middle Road, Xigong District, Xi Gong.
How best do I travel from my hotel to the station?
