Hi I want to change my job I don't think my current one is fulfilling mentally or financially, is it a good idea to change? Also I am in a long term relationship but we have communication problems what is the solution ?

If your job is not mentally or financially satisfying, you can quit it, and look for another one. Keep trying, and you can find a suitable one. Now that you have communication problems, you may give each other some spaces. After some time, you can try to express your feelings in a proper way. Good luck!
