About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

On a cruise visiting only 1 port in China (Shanghai) . Arrive 7am sail out 11pm the same day.

do I need a visa?

If the cruise ship will sail to a third country or region instead of the last one you come from after visiting Shanghai, you may be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. You can confirm that with the cruise ship company.
