1. To Imperial Hot Springs: From the hotel, walk west around 700 yards to get to Liangfenqiao Bus Stop. Take bus no.608 to Nanping Street and transfer to bus no.K4 to Yuwenquan Station. After arriving, walk to the resort directly. 2. To New Yuan Ming Palace: The distance is not far. Just take a taxi from your hotel. The cab fare is around CNY 12 in usual time.

Approximately, you may spend around 2.5h to reach the hot spring from your hotel. Taking a taxi to the Yuan Ming Palace should be within 15min.
