You may fly from Beijing to Chongqing (about 3 hours). Next, take shuttle bus line 2 to Chongqing North Railway Station for CNY 10 (about 30 minutes). Then, take a bullet train to FD (about 1 hour). Upon arrival, take bus line 109 to the place. ;)0
