My parcel hasn't moved for nearly a month. It still says it's in the same spot.
Could you please find out where it is and when I will get it.

Here is the latest status: 2016-12-10 22:40, the parcel left Guangzhou for Kennedy Airport, New York, USA. It is on the way to the final destination. Don't worry! :)

But it's no going to the US.
It's going to Australia.
Why hasn't it moved in a month??
