interacting with pandas in Dujiangyan Base?

Are tourists allowed to handle the pandas? take picture with them? is there a reservation necessary? is there a cost

Yes, you can handle the pandas and take pictures with them. There is a fee you need to pay. Reservation beforehand is necessary. You should contact the panda base directly or book with a travel agent.
