About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

arrive by air in shanghai depart on cruise within 144hrs on uk passport

1. assume qualify for 144 hr visa
2. assume arrival/departure card provided by airline for arrival?
3..also assume I need cruise ticket but will only complete arrival/departure card at cruise terminal when departing?

Lawrence, if you come from country A and after transiting in Shanghai for not more than 144 hours, will go to country B, you will qualify for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai.
The arrival/departure card will be provided by airline.
The cruise ticket is needed when you apply for the 144 hour free transit at Shanghai airport.
