On arrival visa in China for Indian residing in United states - 2 or 3 day stay

I am an Indian residing in United states, I have an important meeting to attend in China the following week, and its a short period for getting a visa as per the timelines mentioned. The purpose of stay is 2 business days (3 nights) and would have return ticket booked in advance. Will I be eligible for VOA?

Aus, no, I’m afraid you cannot get a VOA for that. You should apply for a visa in advance.
