About:Year of the Sheep / Goat

How is 2017 like for 1979 Sheep?

I'm a female born 17 Oct 79 born 2135 or 2145hrs GMT+8 time zone. While life hasn't been bad, I feel that I'm stuck in a loop/in a funk going nowhere with no particular achievements careerwise, personal life and finances wise. Would 2017 enable me to advance in any of these spaces? Thanks!
