Do i need to show my old passport

i hv been to china before with my old passport. I hv miss place it. I understand from one that i need to show my old passport as prove that i hv been to china, is it true?. If yes, what can i do. Thks.

Yes, generally speaking, you need to show your old passport with previous Chinese visa. However, since you have lost, you can provide a copy of it you have one. If not, you can indicate on the application form that you have lost your old passport.
