About:Chinese Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago

Can I fedex or mail in my visa application in Trinidad

I reside in USA but will use Trinidad passport to travel to China.

I'm afraid not. If you want to use your Trinidad passport to travel to China, you should go to Trinidad and apply for the visa.
