i'm female rat 27 jan 1985. need to know my career growth in 2017

My relation is very much struggling with my boss, facing politics. Please advise if job change is better option?

2017 is not a good time to change your job. You are advised to stay at your current job. Someone is likely to come to help when you are in need.
