How to get to Yangzhou city from YTY/YZ Taizhou airport?

Hello, I'd like to know the travel options between YTY and YZ city (and vice versa), with late night and early morning. In case there is no public transport, how much does a taxi cost to get to/from the city center? Cheers!

The earliest bus leaves the Passenger Building, no. 252 of Weiyang Road in YZ city, at 7:30 and the last one at 18:00. From the airport, the first bus departs at 9:30 and the last one at 20:30. The bus ticket is CNY30.
The taxi fare for one way may cost CNY120 or so.
