About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

D Visa Danish man married 15 years to Chinese

Hi I'm over 60 years old married Chinese woman for more than 15 years have 13 year old daughter with Chinese ID
What kind of longer time visa are available for me and what is needed to get it?

Peter, if your annual stay in China is more than 9 months and have a stable place to live, you can apply for the D type. The required documents contain your passport and copy of its data page, the application form attached with a bareheaded color photo, and the original and photocopy of the Confirmation Form for Foreigners Permanent Residence Status issued by the Ministry of Public Security of China.
