About:China Train

deleting a trip

I have 2 same trips in my shopping bag. I tried to delete one using the 'cancel trip' icon. but it is not working. I clicked on the "live chat" button to ask this question and thats not opening too.

It seems my shopping cart still works, maybe you can try to refresh it or try again. By the way, even if you submit both them, they can still cancel one for you. It do not matters.
