About:Visa Policy of China

What are the requirements to get a tourist visa for unemployed applicant?

My friend from USA will come in China for a business, and he want me to go there too to visit Guangzhou city. He paid my ticket and my hotel accommodation. It's my first time to go outside of my country. I will meet my friend and visit Guangzhou city.

Lourdes, you need to prepare those documents including your passport and photocopy of its data page, a completed application form affixed with a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, round trip air tickets, hotel reservation, and proof of your financial support.

What if I don't have enough money and I don't have bank account? My friend said, he will pay my expenses when I get there in China. He will shoulder all my expenses. What can you say about this? What do I need to prepare for the requirements?

Maybe you can provide your friend’s bank account as your financial support proof and he issues an invitation letter to you. Inside the invitation letter, he should state clearly that he will shoulder all your expenses in China.
