Relocating to Tianjin

I will be relocating to Tianjin from South Africa for work. Whats customs like regarding wine, biltong and rooibos tea? I'd like to pack one decent bottle of wine, a few packets of biltong in vaccum sealed bags and a sealed packet of tea. Will this be allowed and is it necessary to declare?

Biltong is forbidden. You can take a sealed packet of tea. If the wine (containing more than 12% alcohol) exceeds 1.5L in total, you should declare it at the customs.
