About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Is there any type of visa i can apply for under him that will alow me to stay here?

Hi there. My partner is a foregner who has been studying in china for 2 years. I also recently came to china to study for 6 months. He will be here for 1 more year while my study X type runs out in March 2017.

Nadine, if you two haven’t got married, I’m afraid you cannot apply for S type under him to stay in China. You can only stay for a tourist L type to stay for a short time after your student X type runs out.
