About:Ox's Horoscope in 2026 & 2027

I was born February 22 1973 ,is it a good year to start my own business

I work as salary per hours for many many years,I am okey .but this 2017 year.i have strong feelings to do my own business I am a hairstylist. How it looks.thank you.
