can i I stay for 3 months for L visa in China? my husband work in china, he is a Filipino and baby

Hi Veronica, if you only have an L type, it's almost impossible to stay for three months in China. Since your husband is now working in China, you should apply for an S2 type in order to stay three months.0

I applied s1 type before but not approved in china because me and my husband not yet married but we have already child..i give birth certificate of my baby they don't accept it..0
