About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Can we avail of free shuttle from Kimberley Hotel to Airport Express (AE) station bound for HKIA?

Hello Gina. You can certainly take the free shuttle bus. Walk from your hotel to Luxe Manor, in front of which just wait for free bus oine K4. It will take you to Kowloon Station. Then take the express train to HKIA. You may be asked to show the boarding pass or air ticket booking proof. If you have bought the ticket of AE train, present it as well.
