Hi I am travelling to shanghai for a week.

My travel agent told me the visa will be $165 per person. She says this is a good deal because normally it is $109.50 for consular fee, then $144.10 for a visa to china from Australia.
But everything I read says I only need a $60 single entry visa?
Is my travel agent trying to charge too much?
How much should a single entry 3 month visa to china be?
