How to travel from Linyi to Qingdao in evening after 19:00PM?

Is their bus available for the said route? Also, is travelling via bus safe for foreigners?

No, there is no bus schedule after 19:00. The bus schedules are only from 06:20 to 18:00. The duration is around 4 hours. Thus you can go there in the next day. In general, you don't need to worry about the safety problem.
