About:China Visa

Urgent asap!! I need to get a chinese visa in south korea and im brazilian

will i not be able to get it without the alien registration card?

I searched the requirements for China visa on the CVASC website, and found it didn't mention the alien registration card, so I think it's possible to apply for China visa without it. Perhaps the requirements are not strict as before.
