About:Chinese Consulates in Thailand

Can I apply for a tourist visa in Phuket and pick it up in Bangkok as I'm travelling upwards

and it would be more beneficial to be able to pick It up in Bangkok

Jazz, you can't apply for it in Phuket and pick it up in Bangkok. If you want this process to be fast, you can use the rush service by paying extra money.
