About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I've got a work visa for China for 180days.

As I'm staying in Shenzhen for some days I wonder if I can got to HK and enter again in China. My visa says only 1 entry possible. Hum. Is there any chance to spend a day in HK?

Manoel, as you mentioned you have got a work Z type, so I assume you have a temporary residence permit, right? If yes, you can travel to HK and reenter without any trouble.

Hi Geoff,
it says category z, entries 1, duration 30 days, allowed to work only within the period of time indicated in the approval. What do you think? Shall I dare to go to HK for a day?

If you have got the temporary residence permit within 30 days after your entry, you can go to HK for a day and then re-enter.
But if you don’t have the temporary residence permit yet, once you exit, you need to re-apply for a new work Z type to re-enter.
