view Beipanjiang Bridge

Does the HSR from Kunming to Guiyang passes thru the newly complete highest bridge in the world Beipanjiang?
if not, what is the best way to travel to view Beipanjiang Bridge?

I think this bridge do not support rail service. The bus or car trip from Xuanwei, Yunnan to Liupanshui, Guizhou may run over.
