Can we bring uncooked sausage into China?

And if the ginseng is from Canada but with an American brand, is that also a no?

You cannot take sausage into PRC. I heard that one can take a small amount of dried ginseng with a declaration at the customs. Fresh ginseng is forbidden. ;)
