how can i prosper in this situation?

I was born in 1974, and I'm presently working at a job that is interesting and exciting yet it feels overwhelming. Consistently over my life im given oportunities for leadership.  I'm grateful for the opportunity yet, I feel that I'm missing something that I need to be a better leader.  I think I'm too nice to people,  and also to  easy-going and it's creating problems.  The work environments very chaotic what do you recommend I can do to change it? Thank you for your time and ideas!

Elliot, you are easy-going and nice to people, the working environment must be relaxed and lively. Now that the working environment is chaotic, you should enact some regulations on rewards and penalties, and put them forward. In this way, everything will be in order. :)
