About:Sheep's Love Compatibility

Hi, i met a guy his bday is nov 15, 1974 and im oct 13, 1979.

I think we like each other alot but lately our personality clashes.
Do we have a chance for a blossom relationship by 2017? And will my career favors me this year if i have no luck in love?
