What is the best time to visit Yuanyang rice terrace? How about the rice terraces in Sapa, Vietnam?

I suggest you visit Yuanyang in winter. Because the scenery of Yuanyang terraced fields is at its best from November to the following April. However, you can visit Sapa at any time as you can get different scenery in four seasons.
