About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Serbian citizen. Is it possible to use 72 hour visa-free transit :

1) to enter China - arrive by plane to Shanghai, visit Wuxi Jiangsu, and after 2 days travel to Taipei - Taiwan ?

2) to enter China - arrive by plane to Shanghai, stay in Shanghai and after 2 days travel to Taipei - Taiwan ?

3) In 2017. there should be a free travel to China for holders of Serbian passports, but still it's not confirmed from which date it will happen ?

Sinisa, if your trip is like country A-Shanghai & Wuxi (2 days)-Taipei, you can enjoy the 72 hour free transit. So does your second entry to Shanghai.
Based on what I know, Serbia passport holders can enjoy free transit in China now as long as they meet the requirement for free transit policy.
