Hi, If I find an internship in Shanghai, can I apply to the S2 Visa?

According to the latest news, if you find an internship in Guangdong, you can apply for the S2 type. However, I'm afraid Shanghai hasn't adopted this policy yet. So you may need to apply for a work Z type or F type for the internship.0
