The Wuxi New District should be the cloest one to the airport, however, there seems very few rides from there to Shanghai Hongqiao. The next option may be Wuxi or Wuxi East Railway Station. There is bus to Wuxi railway station, but not very often, around every 40min to 1 hour and the bus duration is around 1 hour. If taking a taxi, the duration would be around 30 to 40min, cost around CNY60. To the East station, the taxi would be around 30min and cost around CNY40.
