About:Marriage Registration in China

I married a chinese woman last month and now we need a visa for her to join me here in the USA.

We married in China and I returned to the USA. Is it ok for her to go and apply for a tourist visa to come and visit me here. I am preparing things for her to come here where we will establish our family permantly. The tourist visa seems to be the quickest, the least expensive visa for her to get to be able to come and join me. We will go through a civil ceremony here in the states to re-marry just for the sake of knowing we are officially married in both countries. Does she have to disclose the fact that we are married under china laws?

She’d better disclose that.

If she gets a tourist visa she will have limits on how long she can stay upon each entry, determined upon each entry by the immigration officer at the port of entry.

If you are already legally married according to Chinese law, your marriage will be legal and binding in the US. Didn't you go to the American consulate and get your marriageability affidavit prior to registering your marriage in China? The civil ceremony will serve no purpose other than assuage your own doubt.
