About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Good Day! I am a student in Beijing, with x1 visa. Without residence permit.

(I have arrived 02/12/2016)
I am very sorry, but my ticket is not on 2nd , it is on 3rd of January.
What will be in this case(3rd , I think is 31st day)? Some administrative fines or something?

Hayk, you should apply for the residence permit at once and the ticket won’t affect your application. If you apply for the residence permit within 30 days after you enter, you won’t be fined. No need to worry!

No, I mean if I ll not apply vor residence permit, and leave country on 3rd of january, what will be inthat case?
