Educational Certificate Attestation where have to do?

Hi,
I'm preparing to apply for Z visa for that case to get an attestation for the Degree certificates.
I'm holding all the certificates along with me in Beijing.
Shall i apply to the Indian Embassy in Beijing (they have that option) for an attestation, once i get from them.
1. while i apply to the Entry exit bureau in Beijing, they will accept that nor deny it?

2. Else i have to send back my certificates to my home country to get attested those certificates?
