HOLIDAY TO SHANGHAI

Hy,

we are planing to have our holiday in shanghai. But was not sure where to go? where to stay? The plan is to stay in the commercial area around the urban city, yet we have no idea where. This will be our first time visiting shanghai and we do not want to spoil the trip with wrong choices and decision. Am i right to say that pudong is the area that we are looking for? or you have other suggestions. like any other trips, we would like to have good stay, good eatery, good shopping areas, and amazing place to go to. please help.
