About:Harbin Ice Festival

Do you know the exact last date of Ice & Snow Festival in Harbin in 2017?

I am not sure whether February or March as some website said February while some mentioned March.

I find a news and it says that the festival lasts from Jan. 5 to the end of February. There is no exact date yet.
