Hello,
I am South Africa and I am travelling to Indonesia on December 23rd. I have a stop over in Xiamen, China for 19 hours. How can I apply for a transit visa for less than 24 hours.

Babalwa, as your stopover in China is less than 24 hours, you are eligible for the 24h direct transit policy, so you don't need to apply for the transit permit. Upon arrival, you just need to apply for a temporary stay permit if you need to leave the airport.
